They were totally misleading..they have changed there name after other simular problems..I recieved my check from the US trade commision due to the misleading and false statement provided by DAVISON...My product is being sold everywhere now that i sell myself..they even produced a prototype that was cost effective to the company..despite changing my product..i wasnt happy with outcome..I tell people now contact the uspto direct draw a top and side view of your product. add descreption and send $125.00 you are done.now you have a year to scout new vendors or buyers...they got over 12,000 from me and i got back $800.00 1287881

Yeah they got me for $750.00. I even went there to take a walk through what they called invention land. It was a huge building with all the fixings. The money was suppose to be for a profolio and market research saying that in a few weeks i would get my profolio package. What a freaking joke that was i recieved a dvd that was suppose to be about my invention. It was nothing like it they just talked about what they do,nothing about my product was even mentioned. Got a bunch of fliers again describing what they do.Got a so-called profesional drawing that my nephew of 9 yrs old could have done and probaly better. After a few weeks had gone by after the fact i decided to see if they had any lawsuits againt them. Lord and behold that had a 65million dollor lawsuit against them back in 2006. I called them the net day and told them i wanted out, they tried so hard to convince me that the lawsuit was taken care of. Then i read that last year that the finally paid everyone. The only difference here is that they changed names, what the lawsuit was about was the same exact thing as what they did to me and im sure everyone else too. I got screwed again a few years ago i went through the CO called ADVENT now i ended up spending over $8,000.00 on that one. That was a scam also they had everything to a T fake filing numbers fake rubber stamps from uspto i mean the whole works i even went to go see them in chicago it waa a office building with a bunch of other offices too, everything looked good, they kept on asking for more money for this and that they said that they went to trade shows and had even said that a couple of manufactures were interested of course i had to do all the paper work and come to find out there were no manufactures and they all seemed to be in germany africa all out of states with bogus companies. So buyer beware. Any company that charges you the inventor money to look at your product is only interested in your BANK ACCOUNT. I really dont know how these people sleep at night knowing that they screwed people out of their hard earned money and giving false hope. I guess they are just like these POLITIONS that we vote in.

I am in contact with CV at Davison and he is very pursuant in making me sign this contact and sending $700-$750dollars to start my idea, but I'm having deal. It look like they are only into stealing other peoples Ideas for themselves and placing them on the Market. Thks for the reviews people, this is Very HelpFul.... ;)

I can't believe that Mr. Davison is doing it again! I too have sent money to Davison Inventegration (DI) back in 1999, but after I received a letter from DI saying, "you have a manufacturer interested in your product", they requested an additional $6-12,000.00 to get the presentation and prototype going. I was skeptical because of the letter (it looked like someone, "cut and paste" it). Plus, I tried contacting the manufacture to see if the letter was real, but I did not get an answer. So I decided to terminate my relationship with DI. My idea was a great idea, so great that I truly believe DI breached our confidentiality agreement. A year later, someone submitted a patent pending design to the USPTO that resembles my idea and has the exact description as to what my idea prevents. I was totally devastated when I saw the drawing of what that individual submitted!!! It's ashame to run a business with deceit and dishonesty. I truly hope they get what they deserve someday in the near future...and that's jail time!!!

I am currently dealing with Davison. I am cautious but moving forward slowly. I hope to report nothing but honest and positive feedback. Stay tuned...

I think the worst part of this was the loss of money when i needed it..had they tried to offer back some of my $$ that would have been different...For the lack of support of my product and the packaging and design of what was a great product. Was shot down due to actions of Davison

people have to understand that ..Davison makes more money by doing little for its clients and there revenue is from there fees...Not from products that are being sold...And they only need an item in a store for one day to say they brought to market...Find out where products are being sold by stores that davison has brought to market...I could not find one item still being sold! and notice that they could not respond to my previous claim...Because its true...Save your money and call the USPTO helpline and do it yourself.800-786-9199 (toll-free) this # can direct you with doing what davison charges a ton for..it only costs $125.00 now start finding out who can produce and sell your item and contact direct...thats what they do...
