Written by inventor888 on July 6, 2010 from rome, georgia, US Please contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about this experience with Davison (they have established a hotline specific to this issue and recently paid over 10 Million to reimburse consumers scammed). In the previous lawsuit, Davison was banned from deceptive business practices BUT THEY CONTINUE. It happened to me. If the FTC gets enough complaints they will reopen the law suit and hopefully shut this business down. I want my $ back. Please act to help others, and avoid illegal business practices being performed by Davison. |
| 2. Written by Hil on April 14, 2010 from old town, maine, US Davison Design & Development is nothing but a scammer out to get your money by trying to sell you something it is not capable of delivering. They will keep asking for more money until you finally realize that you will never get anything. Your money is gone and you have nothing to show for it. Don't be taken in by their false promises. You might like to read more on Davison in a posted complaint at the following url: www.TheSqueakyWheel.com Pass the word on to anyone you know. |

They are nothing but scammers who think they need your money more than you do. Don't be taken in by their false promises. | 4. Written by I worked there on February 21, 2010 from ashburn, virginia, US Nah, that's not how they do it. Trust me, I sold in that department for years. If we didn't hear back from a sucker, umm I mean inventor, we threw that paperwork out quicker than a Democrat whining for increased spending. We didn't have time to waste on your idea if you were not calling back. We had quotas to meet, commission to make and bills to pay. We were commissioned salesmen working the phones like warriors. If we sensed we had you, we took you down for $685 & then another 10-12 grand for development. When I worked there if we hit 18,000 in 'cash in' for the month, we took home around 20% of that. Plus incentives to drive a new BMW 530i for the next 30 days if we had enough of you signed up. We needed 15 new people signed up the previous month to win the car. I would take in about 25-30,000 per month from inventors. I'd have them cashing in 401(k)s, wiring me cash from Western Union, reading me credit card numbers over the phone, you name it-I did it. And no, it had not one iota about your 'invention' for the new & improved *** scratcher, it was because I made a very nice living off of your dreamy-eyed ideas of getting rich quick instead of busting your behind in grad school & making it the old fashioned way. |
