I also got scammed by Davison - they pry on individuals and take their money with no licensing agreement coming your way.

The so called FTC settlement was so small it was a joke also. Where are all the millions of dollars they say they got? Probably in Davison's hands. Not ours. Over 13,000.00 dollars and only 550.00 back. What a joke. We should all start a class action suit against the company and put them out of business!!!!!!!! does anyone have any ideas so that we can recoup more of our money? I could sure use it in this economy. It would help pay more of my stuff. 1287f48

I am currently working with Davison regarding an invention. I did not know about any of these scammed till now, so what I did was emailed the employee I have been working with, with the link to view these claims. He just called me back and said that the FTC is really old and that they don't deal with that anymore. He says that he never told me that I will make a million dollars or so behind my product. That I would get 90% of royalties while Davison takes 10%. Davison has been in business for 20 years, shouldn't they have been shut down by now if all of this is true?

Please contact the FTC AGAIN about this experience. If the FTC gets enough complaints they will reopen the law suit and hopefully shut this business down.You may get more of your $ back. Please act to help others, and avoid illegal business practices being performed by Davison.

My question is this why was the payoff so small in amount and just how many clients filed? This sounds like a great chapter for a Class Action lawsuit.

I suggest if you are going to work with them, then you should request to work with Ben Choffel. I'm serious. He's that good. Since he started working there in September 2004, he has worked with thousands of satisfied inventors. Thousands folks. Not one of them has had a licensed product or made a dollar from Davison or Benjamin, but if you are into spending 10,000 in a recession for no financial return, at least he'll make you feel good about doing it. I am another, among many others, who had a bad experience with Davison Design & Development. They are nothing but scammers who think they need your money more than you do. Don't be taken in by their false promises.
